Our HALF DAY EVENTS kick off with a Motivational/Keynote Speaker; one of our own carefully selected team who all have the same thing in common:

We also tailor our presentations to your personal company objectives. We can include motivation AND team building in our talks, to leave your staff fired up and ready for Round 2. (see below for the Team Building workshop!)

WELCOME TO THE CIRCUS!!
A very SPECIAL circus. We love to make an impact on your staff and give them a lasting impression not only of the fun they've had, but also of the visual surprises. Jilly JamJar's circus experience is about bringing you that little zap of extra magic! With this in mind, we have had all our fabulous, giant sized stage props especially designed and hand crafted for our events by an incredibly talented set designer from the film industry.
TYPICAL FEED-BACK 2 HRS AFTER AN EVENT, WHEN WE'RE STILL PACKING UP AND THE STAFF HAVE POPPED OFF TO THE HOTEL RESTAURANT (BUT SOMEONE'S LEFT AN ITEM OF CLOTHING WITH US AND RETURNS TO FIND IT) ...

The impact is in the surprise, so if you like this idea, dooo keep it a secret from your staff. You wouldn't BELIEVE some of the lengths our clients have been to in order to keep mum before the big event (hilarious big fat porkie pies they sometimes tell ... to keep staff guessing!)
This event is all about bonding your team in a slightly whacky fashion. Everyone smiles as they enter the room because they immediately realise this is no ordinary team builder. We take people out of their usual comfort zone but in a way that doesn't make them feel awkward. After morphing into clowns, we then guide you through a series of tasks that culminate in a very silly balloon twisting session (a rather squeaky and outrageous affair!)
As a team your staff will:
- Laugh (oh and they DO laugh - as you can see in our video at the top of this page)
- Learn new creative skills
- Bond in a whole new way!
Laughter is at the core of this event.
WHAT YOU GET:
- An afternoon dedicated to bringing your staff together in a way we know you'll find positive.
- A DVD of action photographs. Clients often arrange a brief 'late afternoon' meeting a few weeks after the event, followed by a showing of photographs, then a few jars down the pub. Plenty of ribbing to be had during THAT sesh. Our photographer's wicked!
- A specially commissioned (and most amusing, we like to think) clown trophy, including our company motto: "Laugh, Build, Succeed ... Together"
- A zap of extra confidence for those who aren't forthright with delegation (well, not EVERYONE can tie a balloon knot - and delegation has to start somewhere!)
